Role Overview: The Product Manager for Analytics & AI Software Solutions will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of our analytics platform and various AI software offerings. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to define product vision, develop roadmaps, and execute product strategies to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and articulate the vision and strategy for the analytics platform and AI software offerings, ensuring alignment with the broader business goals.

  • Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on customer needs, market trends, and business priorities.

  • Roadmap and Backlog Management: Responsible for managing the roadmap and product backlog, including prioritization of features and initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic goals and customer value.

  • Product Development: Partner and lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, informing product strategy and positioning.

  • Customer Engagement: Work directly with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and incorporate insights into product development.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze product performance, using data to inform decision-making and adjustments to product strategy.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, deployment and support teams to ensure product goals are met and that the product is effectively brought to market and supported.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate product plans, benefits, and results to all stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and the product team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with a focus on analytics and AI software solutions.

  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.

  • Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and data analytics technologies and trends.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders at all levels.

  • Agile/Scrum methodology experience, with a deep understanding of software development processes.

  • Proficient in using Atlassian JIRA and Azure DevOps for backlog management and prioritization, as well as for project management reporting.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
