Ankura Senior Associate - Software License Audits in Mumbai, India

Key Responsibilities:
Software License Audits:
Conduct comprehensive software license audits for Dassault Systems clients, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements.
Analyze software usage data and reconcile it with licensing entitlements.
Generate detailed audit reports and present findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
Technical Assistance:
Provide technical support during the audit process, including software installation verification, usage monitoring, and data collection.
Assist in the development and implementation of audit methodologies and tools.
Client Interaction:
Communicate effectively with clients’ technical and compliance teams to facilitate the audit process.
Address client queries and provide clarifications on audit procedures and results.
Multilingual Support:
Utilize proficiency in French and Spanish to communicate with clients and stakeholders in these languages.
Translate technical documents and audit reports as necessary.
Project Management:
Assist in managing audit projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders to streamline audit processes.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on industry trends, licensing models, and audit best practices.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit processes and tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Client management.
Technical proficiency in software auditing tools and methodologies.
Fluency in French and a minimum B1 level proficiency in Spanish.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Experience in Project Management is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Dassault Systems software products.
Familiarity with various software licensing models.
Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
